Two heroes have emerged from the attack by a mob on the US Capitol in January: Eugene Goodman, the police officer who led attackers away from senators and is up for a Congressional Gold Medal; and @donk_enby, now going by Hackers-inspired “crash override”, who isn’t up for any medals, but who’s work in scraping the hell out of Parler is being used as evidence against the rogue ex-President who instigated the riots, Donald Trump. While much of the focus has been on video until now, the latest drop is 8.2 million HTML text posts, “ideal for processing into machine readable format”. Hack the planet! (And never send a boy to do a woman’s job.)
